Deliveries

I aim to work on a 4-7 working day turnaround on all orders, however I do my best to dispatch orders as soon as possible. All orders are hand-made and so I am unable to offer a faster turnaround. Sorry!

At present orders are sent by 1st Class Signed-For Royal Mail post and are charged at £3.50 at point of purchase.

If you wish to buy from outside the UK please contact me and we can discuss delivery options.

If you are in a hurry please contact me and I’ll try to speed things along.

Orders can also be picked up direct from my home at Perranwell Station. If you are handy by please use the ‘Pick Up’ option at check out and I will be in touch to arrange a pick up time to suit you.

Returns

Bespoke Alphabet Bags Unless there is a definite fault I am unable to accept returns on these items. If you are not sure about colour choice I can send a colour swatch to help you decide. If you have any queries contact me.

Everything Else If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact me as soon as possible so I can discuss any issues, supply a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds and replacements will be issued on registered return of the item.
